No calls are able to to a human ! And chat people don’t help you in anyway!
The phone number given to contact Winter wont let you talk to anyone , it goes to automated message and chat services and they cant help you. Ive received 38 charges totaling 309.90 on my statement from June 10th thru July 9 th that I didnt authorize and I need a human to contact me 540-484-**** C Jerry Cooper

I do not believe they are honest. I made a donation and they added 100.00 to it.

I am not happy that you keep sending me surveys and when I follow them out, I can only return them IF I make another donation. That is WRONG!! BS

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Contact customer service directly.

You scare tactics and then there’s no way of contacting them
- - Scare tactics with no option to ask questions.
- - Donations pressured by promises tied to a political figure.
- - Please erase my phone number.
Scare tactics with no recourse to ask questions. They use Donald Trumps promises as bait to get you to donate like donate X amount to get your $2000 rebate the Donald Trump promised..
this place certainly cant be representing Donald Trump. I will never donate again. I think this is a dinosaur part of Republicans. I want nothing to do with you.
Please erase my phone number. You have my email address you can look it up stop with the scare tastics.

I have Leukemia I’m sick stop these calls
I continue to get texts looking for donations, I contacted them , I say stop when I get texts Ive blocked numbers and they just continue.

Unsubscribe to many texts and emsils NOW
The texts Do Not stop when it is indicated that stopping is the desired outcome
Massive amount of texts and they would not stop!!! I pressed stop - that did not work.
I pressed spam.
That did not work and today I had about 400 texts, please. Stop!!!

I was trying to talk with someone. I believe I've made duplicate subscriptions and was attempting to confirm this. I wanted a list as I've made numerous purchases using 2 debit cards and a credit card possibly.

I made a one-time donation of $35, and you keep charging me every month. I need you to stop and refund all but one of those donations.
I have called you five times and left this message. I get no results. I'm about to cancel my credit card to stop you from charging me any further.

I have no idea. They are still sending just as many texts as ever.
I dont have room to explain what I contacted redwing about. It wasnt a call but an email. No response whatsoever.

Spam texts almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day.
- - Donated via WinRed; now receives spam texts, sometimes threatening.
- - Opt-out efforts lead to more questions and will only result in more spam.
Awhile back I donated to ***, a wonderful candidate who sadly did not win. She used WinRed.
Had I any idea how much spam I would get because of this I would never have donated.
Now, I'm getting daily-ish spam texts from them, sometimes multiple ones per day.
Some are mildly threatening. For example, "Your Patriot ID is being LIQUIDATED in the next 2 minutes if you continue to stay silent" Are you with us or NOT?"
Even after trying to stop these, I get messages asking to confirm my preferences, the link goes to just another page with tons of questions (and I expect further verifying my number as being legit and will only result in more spam).
At this point, I honestly suspect they are a far left organization trying to anger conservatives with constant spam.

Multiple payments issue
I had paid twice for the same item, tried to call, and had to send an email. I do not believe they checked on the information.
I placed on prior page the information requested by them.
I've actually paid a lesser amount late today but that has not been applied either. Not sure what to do next.
