Live support would also help. Stop all text and messaging to my number and accounts. I don't give a damn about any and all politicians in this country running in this country except my own.

I made the mistake of donating to Trump's last presidential campaign. I have regretted it ever since.
I finally got tired of it and started responding with unsubscribe. Didn't help. So I started blocking the phone number associated with the text. Everyday I receive texts.
Today in 3 hours I received 24 texts. I want no further contact from them.

Spam texts almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day.
- - Donated via WinRed; now receives spam texts, sometimes threatening.
- - Opt-out efforts lead to more questions and will only result in more spam.
Awhile back I donated to ***, a wonderful candidate who sadly did not win. She used WinRed.
Had I any idea how much spam I would get because of this I would never have donated.
Now, I'm getting daily-ish spam texts from them, sometimes multiple ones per day.
Some are mildly threatening. For example, "Your Patriot ID is being LIQUIDATED in the next 2 minutes if you continue to stay silent" Are you with us or NOT?"
Even after trying to stop these, I get messages asking to confirm my preferences, the link goes to just another page with tons of questions (and I expect further verifying my number as being legit and will only result in more spam).
At this point, I honestly suspect they are a far left organization trying to anger conservatives with constant spam.

i want to change my profile to indicate that i do not want to get any political text or emails.
i tried myself but didn't have password to access. i provided emails to get reset but no link was sent.
i am employed not retired as my profile suggests.
My employer restricts me making contributions. i need to submit paperwork if i do make a contribution. i'm getting at least 25 texts a day which i delete and also the texts confirming no messages will be sent, but then i continue to get messages using a different number.this is unacceptable.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. they removed the charges from my account. Don't do political donations by texting, don't let them get your credt card.

I had given to the political site, and it all sounded legitamate, however,
- - Fundraising sounded urgent, urging subscriptions.
- - Refunds are denied; the company blames customers.
The candidates made it sound like they needed all these funds, and to subscribe because the candidates were just not going to make it.
The reason for this, was that the other party, has so many elites, and we have Patriots, but they, just couldn't give very much, so subscribe with $1. or $5., or whatever a person could afford.
Problem with that is that many get sucked into, the giving process, until they may get their credit card payment, or debit card payment.
And then the company does not want to give anything back. Always, promising, but when a person asks for a refund, they make it sound like you are the one, that did not care, or did not give enough.
User's recommendation: Beware, if it sound too good, be leary, although the individuals or consumers may be well intentioned, many are spending more than they may be able to afford, or the company puts extra billing onto what you subscribed for.

Can not get response
I do not have unlimited text or messages, and Winred insists on overwhelming my phone with messages. I am unable to receive messages or emails for weeks when that happens.
Then I have to purchase more time.
Never ever contribute to Winred; you will regret it. Sad, I will never support another candidate again.
