I've been trying to get a refund for several transactions on Win Red. Would you be able to give me a call at 570-280-****? I am on that automatic payment of $10.41 a week and I really need a refund, except for the first week of 10/4/24.

False Advertising
I received an email from the Trump campaign through WinRed offering a signed Trump photo in exchange for a donation. I received the photo and it was not personally signed by President Trump as promised.
It was a preprinted signature. I was insensed.
I called and got a refund. I would like to find out if WinRed can make this right by sending me a photo with President Trump's authentic signature.
Preferred solution: A photo of President Trump with his authentic signature as promised in the email I got.

False Advertising

Resolved: It’s impossible to get help when needed and can’t even get a live perso to talk with about my experience and situation with donating and I’m extremely stressed out about how much money that was itaken
Wanting to stop anymore money coming out of my bank account I have already had by error a total of $ 199.21 dollars as of today and wanted to speak to someone about it looks like some were double donations all in one day!! Need to speak with someone!
User's recommendation: Beware and keep a close watch on your emails for recurring donations in order to stop or allow, some I stopped before they did take that I did pledge but my checking account was only five cents left and it wasn’t supposed to be as many donations that was taken out and I needed to talk with a live person and it’s impossible to get any help when needed to resolve this issue

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

What else do you want me to say. Its pretty clear.
I want a refund on two close but separate dates. One for 250.00. One for 100.00. I will not be degraded or told I dont love my country.
I have given. But the campaign can not embarrass me telling my to donate to you again.

Fraudulent charge
Fraudulent charge and/or sign up. I donated in the past and was put on the recurring monthly charge. I got removed and now another charge is trying to go through.

They are stealing my money & continue to steal my money.
I agreed to two $47 payments. They have been taking $47 out of my account every month for over a year, and there is no way to contact them to stop.
I don't just want to cancel. I want a refund. There is no way to get a hold of them. The phone number rings and rings, then goes to a busy signal.
The form online, no matter what you do, tells you you've done something wrong and can't submit. The chat box is a joke.

Spam texts
In the last week, I have received no less than 25 text messages per day. Normally I wouldnt mind this, but when I get all of these spam text messages that are telling me that there is a pole that needs my answers, but it requires a donation, that is scamming.
I have asked repeatedly that my phone number be taken out of your system. But since you refuse to remove it, I will now seek legal counsel to make you remove it out of your system.

I want Winred to stop giving any of my contact info out to new people wanting donations. But just this morning I've gotten more texts and emails wanting donations before I would be able to answer any of their surveys or opinion polls. If it doesn't stop by this coming Monday I will be filing a complaint to my states AG and with the FCC!!
