After making a donation, they inundate you with text messages and emails. Even if you unsubscribe or ask them to stop, they don't.

You are exactly why there's a problem! I'm a disabled Veteran who cannot donate even $10 w/out you scanning my life n then refusing my $!!! *** YOU ALL

I tried calling the Pissed Customer line, but I was told I entered the wrong information. I kept trying, but kept getting the same response.

They will not stop sending me texts for political fundraising campaigns. I donated one time four years ago and cannot get them to stop texting me, even after contacting the company.

It is ridiculous, literally hundreds of texts.

They should be stopped. Do not give them your phone number.

I have requested my email that my information be deleted from the WinRed database and closed my account. I am STILL being spammed by up to 10 texts a day. I am going to have to get the FCC involved.

Despite never having engaged with Winred, I am getting 12+ text messages a day asking me to donate to various republican candidates. Attempts to opt-out have only been met by more texts, and the numbers are all spoofed, with a different number being used for every message. Avoid at all costs.

I am receiving more than 20 texts per day from every candidate and organization running for office and have asked them to STOP on most texts. Despite donating to various candidates I continue to receive them with accusatory wording meant for a 5th grader.

There has to be a large number of automatic messages that do not communicate with each other. I am sick of it.

I have not received any emails regarding an order I placed on September 9. I cannot talk to a human regarding this issue.

Very disappointed with interaction with winter. Within seconds they were able to take my money and its been over 40 days since I placed my order and small donation.

Allow donor contributions. I was a previous monthly donor and cancelled the subscription. Now, I cant even donate on my iPhone.

I was charged reoccurring charges for CAO for VA on Aug 29th, and TEAM ELISE on Aug 8th. I did not authorize these reoccurring charges and your automated caller does not recognize my credit card or zip!
